Hilda Green Demsky's solo exhibition in the fall, "Talking Waterfalls," is at Pleiades Gallery, 530 W. 25th St., New York, NY, 4th floor, from Oct. 9 to 27. These recent oil paintings continue her interest in dialoguing with nature wherever she finds rocks, water and falls. The reception is Oct. 14 from 6-8 p.m. All are invited.

Hilda's second exhibition is an installation of oil-on-transparent Mylar paintings. "Where the Wild Waters Flow" is at the Galeria Nacional in San Jose, Costa Rica, in February 2005. When in Costa Rica, Hilda traveled extensively around the country painting her vision of the many waterfalls in the rainforests and countryside. The reception is Feb. 4 at 7 p.m.
