The National Organization for Women supports seven core issues:

• An end to discrimination against lesbians and gays
• An end to violence against women
• Pay Equity
• Quality child care that is safe and affordable

Our members are dedicated to assuring full social, economic, and reproductive freedom for all women. We are committed to eliminating the customs, practices, behavior, and laws that prevent or inhibit women's full participation in our society and we expect change to encompass all women without limitations based on age, disability, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or income level.
