- Hilda Green Demsky is exhibiting paintings of the natural
environment, especially waterfalls of the northeast U.S., at the New York
Public Library, Donnell Center, 20 West 53rd St., New York, NY.
The exhibition will run from Sept. 15 to Oct. 3. Hours are Monday,
Wednesday and Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to 8
p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m.
- Sioux Taylor was appointed to the Westchester County Executive’s African
American Advisory Board. Sioux is one of Westchester NOW’s founding
mothers. Congratulations to Sioux!
